Ownership Solutions
PCA is able to offer structured solutions to B-BBEE ownership challenges. This can be provided either through our existing vehicle, African Goshawk Fund, where clients are comfortable with exposure to a broader portfolio of investments. Or for a more bespoke solution, ownership challenges can be met through a variety of structures and solutions, such as:
- Equity structures;
- Introduction of suitable BEE partners;
- BEE trusts; and
- Employee ownership schemes.
